These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AiLumio at ailumio.io (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

AiLumio is a multilingual directory and community for AI tools. Tool listings, descriptions, ratings and rankings are provided for general information only. We do not own, control, endorse, or guarantee any third-party tool listed, and we are not responsible for them.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the profiles, portfolios, projects, prompts, reviews, comments and images you submit ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant AiLumio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store and display it for the purpose of operating the Service. You confirm that you have the rights to the content and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or any law.

4. Reviews and ratings

Reviews and ratings must reflect a genuine, honest opinion and real experience. Fake, paid, or deliberately misleading reviews are not allowed.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• post illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or abusive content;
• spam, scrape, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
• impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation;
• upload malware or anything that harms users or the Service.

We may moderate, remove content, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Third-party tools and links

The Service links to third-party tools and websites. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Intellectual property

The AiLumio name, logo, design and original content are owned by AiLumio and may not be used without permission.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AiLumio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on information on the Service.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify AiLumio against claims arising from your User Content or your breach of these Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and you agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
