Daraz.pk — Win-Back Programme (Claude)
Обзор
Daraz.pk had 2M lapsed users who hadn't purchased in 90+ days. I used Claude to build a 4-email win-back sequence segmented by category affinity, last purchase value and inactivity length. Claude drafted all copy; I refined the local Urdu cultural references. Programme reactivated 8.4% of lapsed users in month 1 — previous benchmark was 2.1%.
