Merci Health App — UX Copy (Claude)

Claude output: onboarding flow copy — 6 screens, empathy-first tone

Overview

Merci Health's app had a 60% drop-off at onboarding. I used Claude to rewrite all 6 onboarding screens, 40 error messages and 15 empty states with a 'kind doctor' voice. I gave Claude the existing copy, the brand brief and user research quotes, then iterated 4 rounds. Drop-off improved to 28% in the first month.
