Overview

Impact Hub Beirut scaled their team after a successful funding round but had no documented operations. I used ChatGPT to map their 12 core processes through a structured interview format, then Claude to write the full SOP library, onboarding manual and operational playbook. 45-page playbook delivered in 1 week. New team members now fully operational in 30 days vs 3 months before.
