Overview

Clover SaaS had a 18% proposal win rate. I used Claude to rebuild their proposal template and write a 30-objection playbook, then Cursor to build a Pipedrive CRM automation that sends Claude-generated personalised follow-ups at the right stage. Win rate reached 41% in 90 days. The automation now sends 200+ tailored follow-ups per month with zero manual effort.
