Overview

Brygga Bank (Sweden's first fintech cooperative) needed a brand voice that felt warm but financially credible. I built a Claude project with their brand brief, competitor examples and target persona, then generated 3 complete tone-of-voice directions. We tested copy on users, refined the winner, and delivered a 15-page voice guide + 40 copy assets in 10 days.
