Overview

Accra Tech Week needed a full content operation on a startup budget. I ran their entire content studio: Midjourney for all visual assets (social, website, signage), ElevenLabs for podcast narration and event videos, Claude for all written content. 3-person team work from 1 person. Event sold out in 72 hours.
