Grab Singapore — Weekly BI Narrative (Claude + Perplexity)
Overview
Grab's Singapore operations team needed data turned into decisions, not just dashboards. I built a weekly process: Claude transforms their raw sales and engagement data into a 1-page executive narrative, Perplexity adds external market context to explain anomalies, and I review the output. Leadership meeting prep time cut from 3 hours to 30 minutes per week.
