Claude output: employee handbook — 40-page draft with Finnish employment law compliance

Overview

Pinja Tech scaled from 20 to 80 people in 18 months and had no HR documentation. I used Claude to produce a complete people operations playbook: employee handbook, 15 job description templates, performance frameworks and onboarding checklists. All adapted for Finnish employment law. Delivered in 2 weeks. Quoted 3 months by an HR consultancy.
