Cursor: chatbot backend code — Claude API integration with memory

Overview

Cèdre Legal (Montreal) was losing leads because intake calls took 45 minutes. I built a WhatsApp chatbot using Claude API (for French-English bilingual conversation) and Cursor (for the backend integration). The bot qualifies matters, extracts key facts and routes to the right lawyer. Average intake: 12 minutes. Qualified leads up 40%.
