Bancolombia Digital — Brand Voice (ElevenLabs)

ElevenLabs: custom 'Bancolombia' voice training — source audio and parameters

Overview

Bancolombia needed a custom digital voice across their app, IVR and video content that sounded human but was cost-efficient to scale. I designed the voice persona, trained it in ElevenLabs, and produced 40 IVR prompts, 3 product explainer voiceovers and a complete brand voice sample library. Rolled out across 12M app users.
